Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can permanently delete any file in your Sequencing account at any time—whether it’s DNA data files or genetic reports. Once you delete a file, it is erased and cannot be recovered. To delete a file: sign in to your account, go to Files, select your genome, find the file, and choose the Delete action.

What if I want to delete an entire genome profile?
Deleting all files in a genome profile will automatically remove the entire genome from your account. If you encounter any issues deleting, please contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
