Delete Account
You control your Sequencing account and data. You can delete your account at any time, for any reason. Doing so permanently removes all your genetic files, analysis results, and stored data.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I delete my account immediately if I have a paid plan?
No. You must first cancel or downgrade your membership. Your plan continues until the next renewal date, after which deletion can proceed.
What happens when I delete my account?
All your DNA data, reports, and analysis results are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
If I delete my account and later sign up again, will my data be back?
No. Deletion is irreversible. Your data and history cannot be restored after deletion.
Will I lose access to a kit I purchased?
If the kit data is already uploaded and processed, it will be deleted along with your account.
Can I delete just some files while keeping my account?
Yes. Use the option to delete individual files without deleting your whole account (see “How to delete individual files” page).
