Membership
The Membership tab, found under Account Settings, is where you view and manage your Sequencing Genome Plan. It shows your current plan details in one place and gives you the option to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Where do I find the Membership tab?
Sign in to your Sequencing account, open Account Settings, and select the Membership tab. Your current Genome Plan and its details load automatically.
What does the Membership tab show?
The Membership tab displays the following information about your Genome Plan:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Genome Plan Name | The name of your current plan. |
| Plan Type | Your plan tier (Free, Plus, Premium, or Professional). |
| Available Credits | The number of credits currently available on your account. |
| Plan Cost | The recurring cost of your plan. |
| Billing Cycle | How often you are billed, either monthly or yearly. |
| Renewal Date | The date your plan is next scheduled to renew. |
| Ability to Change Your Genome Plan | Controls to upgrade or downgrade your current plan. |
