Incompatible Files

In the event that a file does not successfully pass through the One Genome Technology, it will be moved to the Incompatible Files section. There could be several reasons for this occurrence, including:

The file has been modified or altered in any way from its original form.
The file is not of a type that our system can process.

Our system can process standard file types such as bam, cram, fastq, vcf, txt, and csv. This is not an exhaustive list, so it is recommended to try to upload first even if the file type is not on this list.

Please note that zip files, after being unzipped and loaded into a Genome, will always be moved to this location. This is a normal part of our process and does not indicate a problem with your data.
