How to Manage or Change Your Sequencing Membership
Learn how to easily update or modify your Genome Plan, switch between membership levels, or view available plans at Sequencing.
Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Your Genome Plan
1. Sign in to your Sequencing account.
2. Navigate to your personal settings
- Click on your account name or select the three black lines (menu) in the upper-right corner.
- Then, choose 'User' or your username to access your account area.
3. Select 'Personal Information'
- Tap or click on 'Personal Information' in your account menu.
4. Go to 'Membership'
- Find and click on the Membership section within your account.
5. Review All Available Plans
- Scroll down to see all membership options, including the Free plan.
6. Modify Your Genome Plan
- Select the plan you want to change to, or click "Change Plan."
- Your current membership will be highlighted in grey.
- Follow on-screen instructions to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your plan.
