Is signing up free?
Yes. Creating an account is free. Paid memberships are optional and unlock additional features.
Do I need a membership for each genome?
Yes. Each genome requires its own plan. You can mix Free and paid plans across different genomes.
What is Genome Scan?
Genome Scan monitors new scientific discoveries and updates your genome automatically with relevant findings.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can permanently delete your data at any time through Account Settings.
Are my DNA files secure?
Yes. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Sequencing follows strict security and privacy standards.
