At the time of checkout, you must use your HSA or FSA card for your purchase.
If a HSA/FSA card is not used during checkout, you may not be able to be reimbursed by your HSA/FSA for purchases made at Sequencing. We only support HSA/FSA cards used at the time of checkout. Other than the receipt you receive with your purchase, we do not provide any other documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement. For example, we don’t provide CPT codes.
We are also unable to retroactively apply a HSA/FSA card to a purchase that was made with a different payment method.
While our products and services are eligible to be purchased using a HSA or FSA card, we do not guarantee coverage and we do not guarantee that your HSA/FSA will reimburse you for purchases made at Sequencing.
- If you attempt to use your HSA/FSA card and it isn’t accepted, please contact your HSA/FSA program to determine the reason.
- If your HSA/FSA card is accepted as the payment method during checkout but your HSA/FSA program denies coverage at any time, please contact your HSA/FSA program. We’re unable to provide HSA/FSA coverage assistance, documentation, or fill out any forms if there is a coverage denial or any issue with HSA/FSA coverage.
