HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

Sequencing is HIPAA and HITECH compliant.

Under HIPAA, certain information about a person's health or health care services is classified as Protected Health Information (PHI). If you or your institution are subject to HIPAA and wish to use Sequencing with PHI, contact us to establish a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

To request a BAA, please submit a Support Request.

You are responsible for determining whether you are subject to HIPAA requirements and whether you use or intend to use Sequencing's services in connection with PHI. If you have not entered into a BAA with Sequencing, please do not use Sequencing in connection with PHI.
