How to Check the Status of Your Whole Genome Sequencing DNA Collection Kit

It’s natural to be eager about the status of your Whole Genome Sequencing DNA Collection Kit. You can find the link to your Kit Status page on your Dashboard.  

Standard kits have a 10-12 week average turnaround, Expedited have a 6-8 week average turnaround, and Ultra Rapid has a 2-3 week turnaorund.

To check the status of your kit, you’ll need to visit your kit status page. This is easy to do:

1. Log into your Sequencing account and head to the Dashboard page.
2. If you have activated a kit, you’ll notice a ‘The following kits have been activated in this account’ section at the top of the page.
3. Click on ‘View’ under the ‘Status’ column to the right of the kit information.
