The Developer Center is the hub for building with the Sequencing Marketplace API. Going forward, the Marketplace API is the way developers integrate genetic analysis from the Partner Marketplace into their own applications. The platform performs the genetic analysis, so you do not need a background in genetics to build with it.
What is the Marketplace API?
The Marketplace API lets your application work with the genetic analysis available through the Partner Marketplace. Your app sends a request, the Sequencing platform handles the underlying genetic analysis, and a result is returned to your app.
How do I get documentation and developer access?
To request current Marketplace API documentation and developer access, submit a support request. A team member will provide the resources you need to start building.
