SequencingAI Result Summary Report

We are excited to share a new benefit only available to our Premium and Professional members, our SequencingAI Result Summary Report for the Next-Gen Disease Screening. Currently only high confidence/high risk variants are available in the summary, but we are looking to expand this in the near future.

To retrieve your SequencingAI Summary Report, please follow the instructions below.

1. Begin by navigating to the Dashboard, found in the page header.
2. Choose “Next-Gen Disease Screen” from the Sequencing Apps section.
3. Once the Next-Gen Disease Screen interface is up, select “AI Reports” located in the blue header.
4. If you have not previously run the report please select “Generate Summary report”. If you have already started the report, you can select “View Summary Report”.

Generating the report can take 5-10 minutes. Once available it will appear in the “Your AI Reports” section on the right hand side. There will also be a downloadable PDF of the Summary Report available when viewing the report.
