Your raw DNA data files (such as VCF, BAM or FASTQ) are stored free of charge in your Sequencing account. You own your data and access is unlimited. 
Storage is handled under HIPAA compliant standards to maintain privacy and confidentiality. 

Supported Data Formats

You may upload raw genetic files from any compatible source, including whole genome sequencing providers. The platform accepts common formats ready for analysis. 

Upload and Access Process

1. Sign in to your Sequencing account and navigate to the Upload your DNA Data section.

2. Upload your file directly. No additional software is required. 

3. Access your data any time, download or run apps and reports on it in the Report Marketplace.

• Sequencing does not charge for storing data, bandwidth or processing when data is simply stored.
