App chains

App chains are no longer the way to build with Sequencing. Going forward, developers integrate genetic analysis from the Partner Marketplace using the Marketplace API. If you are starting a new integration, build with the Marketplace API rather than app chains.

What should I use instead?

Use the Marketplace API. It is the supported method for sending a request from your app, having the Sequencing platform perform the genetic analysis, and receiving a result back. See the Developers overview for the current approach.
