Uploading

The Upload Center is where you add genetic data files to your account. To get there, click Data in the header of any page. The most direct way to add data is to upload the file from your computer, and there is no limit on file size.

How do I upload genetic data from my computer?

From the Upload Center, choose Upload from My Computer, select the genetic data file saved on your device, and start the upload. Files of any size are supported. Once the upload finishes, the file is stored in your account and ready for analysis.

What file types can I upload?

The platform accepts a wide range of genetic data, including whole genome sequencing, exome sequencing, microarray, and PCR data, across common technologies and file formats. For format specifics, see Formats.
