How Do I Start?

To start, you need to upload or import your data. Using the custom importers we’ve built is the easiest option. You can find those on the right side of the screen for most major testing providers. If you don’t see your testing provider, you can also upload the raw DNA data directly from that page.

Apps For Free DNA Analysis Online

Once you have uploaded your raw DNA data, the fun begins. You can use from any of the apps in our DNA app store to analyze your DNA. But if you are unsure where to start, here is a list of our suggested free apps.

Data Viewer

While it is true you can use any app in our app store for raw analysis of your DNA; we suggest starting with Data Viewer, which is a free app that can begin to show you how DNA is interrupted. With this app, you will be able to see all gene variants, and if you wish, you can upgrade to explore the association between your genetic data and diseases, conditions, traits, and medication reactions.

Athletic Performance

A 2016 study in the journal Biology of Sport titled 'A genetic-based algorithm for personalized resistance training' found that athletes using DNA-matched training improved their performance almost three times more than those on mismatched programs.  With that in mind, we have created the Athletic Performance app to offer you free personalized advice for optimizing your fitness and athletic performance. It provides easy to understand guidance for optimizing your workouts and physical fitness in a concise report that is non-technical.
