Important: This app requires that the data in your file is formatted according to specific requirements. Please see the 'Instructions' tab below for more information.
- This app will not be able to process genetic data files from AncestryDNA, 23andMe, MyHeritage or FTDNA unless the data in the file is first modified to the correct format as indicated in the 'Instructions' tab below.

This app requires that the data in your file is formatted according to specific requirements. If your data is not formatted exactly as described below, the app will fail.
To use this app:
Create a txt file with one rsid per row.
There should be no header information in the file and also no column headers.
The rsid must all be listed in the first column.
There should be no other data in the file except for a list of rsids in the first column.
Do not include any other identifiers except rsids. For example, do not include i#s, GSA#s, etc.
Upload the txt file to your Sequencing.com account
Start this app
Select the txt file and the human reference genome.
The app will then run and you'll receive a notification when the results are ready.
The results are provided as a downloadable txt file containing the rsids and their corresponding chromosome number and chromosomal coordinate. This txt file will also be automatically saved in your Sequencing.com account.
