Submit a Support Request

Sequencing.com's online support system allows you to submit a Support Request and read the response directly from your account. 

The Support Team provides assistance with questions, comments, feedback and requests.

Support Requests are usually answered the same day they are submitted but may take several days or longer. Members receive priority support.

To submit a Support Request, click 'Support' in the top-right of the header of the page. If you don't see it in the header, it 'Support' can be found in the footer.
