Hello everyone! My name is Joy, and I’m happy to introduce myself as the Director of Customer Experience here at Sequencing.com!

I’ve been working in customer experience and support for over 20 years, and I picked it as my career for one reason: I really love helping people! I’m very excited to be able to help people with something as amazing and powerful as exploring their DNA and unlocking the potential written into our genetic code.

I’m here to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible exploring their DNA with our Ultimate DNA Test, Ultimate Genome Sequencing, and our suite of DNA analysis applications. If you have any questions, experience any issues, or (oh no!) happen across a bug, you can write into us at [email protected] or via our help center. When you do, we’ll do our very best to get back to you within two business days, and often even faster! We understand that when you need help, you need it as soon as possible!
